I recently had my eyes checked at Commerce Family Eye Care, and I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome and at ease. The team truly went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout the visit. Dr. Collins was exceptionally professional, yet also had a wonderful ability to put me at ease. Their expertise and approachable demeanor made for a very pleasant and reassuring examination. Overall, my experience at Commerce Family Eye Care was genuinely pleasant. If you're looking for a place to get your eyes checked where you'll receive excellent care in a comfortable and friendly environment, I highly recommend checking them out!

Everyone I came in contact with today at commerce family eye was amazing! Victoria spent forever with me picking out new frames and making sure they would be comfy and cute and Kyle helped me at check out! Dr. Islam was amazing too and so was Carissa! I loved it and I can’t wait to go back!

First time using Commerce Family Eyecare in several years. Emily was very helpful over the phone getting me set up with my new insurance and with me having to call to reschedule. She was just as friendly and helpful during the visit. The gentleman that helped me with my frames, I believe his name was John, was knowledgeable and made it very easy. I also walked out spending way less than expected. I do believe I might owe him lunch now lol.

Dr Ishaque was great! Easy going and informative. Everyone was very helpful in addressing my insurance questions. 100 percent will recommend this office!! Shout out to the gentleman who helped me with picking frames and pricing that worked best for me. He was so kind and helpful. I totally love this place! I've been bringing the family here for years and we just finished getting checkups again for this year. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. They break down the costs of everything for you so it makes it much easier to understand what you're paying for. Much respect for any company that does that. Also, major shout-out to Ms Skylar J for getting my friend the lenses he wanted right away! You guys are awesome!

I had an excellent experience at Commerce Vision Clinic today. The low-vision specialist was extremely thorough and took the time to explain my vision, the available options, and what I could realistically expect from my new glasses. I left feeling informed, knowledgeable, and hopeful. Kyle was wonderful while fitting me for my upcoming glasses and made sure everything was comfortable and properly suited to my needs. Emily assisted me from beginning to end. She made sure the records from my retina specialist were received and that the additional copies I brought were added to my file. From start to finish, everyone was attentive, patient, professional, and genuinely caring. Managing low vision can feel overwhelming, but this team made the entire process much easier to understand. I am very happy with the care I received and would highly recommend Commerce Vision Clinic to anyone seeking knowledgeable and compassionate low-vision care.

The visits here are always a wonderful experience. Dr. Islam is wonderful, takes his time with me explains everything. Kyle, help me with my lenses. Today. Very nice person. Curtius, in welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place.

TEAMWORK! That is the thing that impressed me the most about Commerce Family eye care .Each member which includes Ashley and Gracie the friendly and informative receptionists at the front desk,or Emily and Tabitha who worked together patiently and efficiently to make sure that the 3 machines were finely tuned to properly and efficiently examine my eyes before seeing Dr.Collins who displayed professionalism and attention to detail which made me feel comfortable and special.I must also include the sales associates,Kyle and last but certainly not least Mrs.Victoria ! I couldn't believe the patience and teamwork that those two did to help me figure out the insurance as well as the style and upgrades for my new glasses! I'm going to take advantage of the 40% of for a second pair of glasses .Their inventory is vast but if You want to order something that they don't have in inventory,Kyle and Victoria will take the time to FIND what You are looking for! In conclusion.. You are not just a number at this place,No...U are served with dignity, respect,and precision. I Highly Recommend them ! The owner hired some WINNERS. Big applause to Him as well!!
